The ideal candidate will have the following: 

• Undergraduate or Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent from a reputable university 
• Practicing certificate or license in Speech and Language Pathology (e.g., CCC-SLP by ASHA, CPSP by SPA, HKAST) 
• Minimum 1 year full-time experience in a school and/or a multi-disciplinary clinic setting
• Native or close to native fluency in English, preferably trilingual in English, Cantonese, Mandarin 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with parents and caregivers 
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Experience in supervising Junior Speech Therapists is preferable
• Experience in planning and conducting social communication groups
• Experience in collaborating with teachers and schools
• Passionate about working with young children and their parents
