New Oriental's English Language Training department is dedicated to building students' confidence in their ability to effectively communicate ideas, opinions,and disagreements in preparation for the possibility of an overseas education. Our ELT Department teachers are encouraged to develop creative, interactive, communicative exercises that make learning and practicing English an enjoyable experience for all. Positions are available immediately.

The School is located at the following address:2nd floor, Xin'an Business Center, Gu Lou Dong Street, Nankai District, Tianjin

The ideal candidate should possess the following:
- A bachelor's diploma with a minimum 2 years post diploma work experience
- 2 years' teaching experience
- TEFL certification
- Understanding and interest in Chinese culture
- Passionate about teaching and dedicated to student outcomes
- An energetic and enthusiastic disposition
- English language fluency; proper grammar, sentence structure, word tense, subject-verb agreement, proper use of adjectives and adverbs, neutral accent, clear pronunciation, good intonation and English language rhythm

Class & Curriculum:
- Instructing Spoken English to students ages 7-adult
- Maximum of 20 teaching hours per week
- NO OFFICE HOURS
- Maximum of 10 students per class
- Cambridge Touchstone curriculum
- Fully equipped classrooms
- Teacher is responsible for developing lesson plans and adapting to students' English abilities

Remuneration Package:
- 150-200rmb per hour, negotiable for highly experienced teachers
