Job Description
Position Description: We are seeking a social media specialist to grow our company’s social networks through a further association with existing (do we want to say sports partners) partners. As a social media specialist, the person will build and execute social media strategy, target key audience, curate content to gain new Lenovo followers and will also create new social marketing campaigns, build Lenovo brand recognition, drive engagement, and manage all published company content (related to sponsorships). While working with web analytic tools to track campaign progress and researching industry trends, the specialist will provide proactive feedback/insights to better develop/implement the company presence and perception. A successful social media specialist will collaborate with Global and local marketing, PR, and legal teams to align company messages, promotions, and goals. The job in details: • Identify and create the content (text, images, videos, contests etc.) that is consistent with Lenovo brand guidelines • Define and coordinate the social editorial plan and align to the corporate one • Incorporate optimization strategies, analyze data, and research the best ways to   increase corporate objectives • Work closely with the Global Social team and the GEO ones to develop, plans     and implement global and local social media campaigns (aligned to Corporate     Marketing strategy) • Oversee day-to-day management of campaigns and ensure consistency • Monitor social media progress using web analytic tools • Review the success of campaigns and develop ways to improve, develop reports • Scout new partnerships, research trends and industry opportunities • Manage high volume of social media posts and responding in timely manner • Comfortable with usage of analytical tools to monitor performance and provide insights • Drive engagement with social media influencers • Create engaging written and visual content for multiple platforms #### Position Requirements: Candidate experience and skills . Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, Communications, PR or related field . 3+ years’ experience in social media management . Experience in managing analytics software . Exceptional multi-tasking . Strong problem solving . Out of the box thinker . Proactive and self-motivated . Comfortable in communicating, influencer attitude . Excellent verbal and written communication skills .
