• Being approachable and welcoming to all members and guests;
• Meet/greet members and guests, providing exceptional customer service;
• Monitor the members and guests profiles as to membership status and expiry; and
• Anticipating and resolving the issues of Members and Guests; including ensuring and complaints or feedback are handled sensitively or escalated where required.
Work Experience
• Service focused personality is essential, and high level of attention to detail;
• Ability to communicate clearly, actively listen to others and respond with respect;
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office;
• Excellent communication skills in spoken and written English; able to communicate in Mandarin is a plus; and
• Previous experience in a fitness center environment is desirable.
