Sports Performance Coach & Event Manager

"If it doesn't CHALLENGE you, it doesn't CHANGE you"

Bluechip is in search of highly motivated and enthusiastic individuals with sports coaching, group fitness, and event management experience. This is a great opportunity starting Spring 2019 for part time sports professionals interested in enhancing their business portfolio with the challenge of engaging large numbers of high school students and athletes alongside a military and athletic recruiting partner.

Our innovative SWAG (Something We Athletes Got) platform provides an avenue for Bluechip's partners to engage high school students and athletes on campus via an interactive competition-training event, a SWAG Challenge. Bluechip has been working with high school coaches, athletes and P.E. instructors since 2008 and has packaged its turn-key SWAG platform with a

comprehensive SWAG mobile app to provide an interactive experience for high school students and athletes. Since 2017, over 30,000 high school students and athletes participated in nearly to 300 SWAG Challenge events across 16 states from Alaska to Florida. The competitive catalyst of the SWAG Challenge is the SpeedStation, an elite speed and agility resistance system developed by Bluechip with input from Loren Seagrave of the IMG Academy. From Clemson to Ohio State football and several NFL, MLB, and NBA teams, the SpeedStation has proven capable of challenging anyone.

Bluechip teams up with a strategic military and athletic recruiting partner to give athletes exposure to college scholarship and financial aid opportunities they might not have otherwise. The SWAG mobile app creates an ongoing relationship between the students and partners, which allows for maximum brand exposure and one-on-one engagement. Bluechip and its partners share similar morals, goals and ethics in the high school sports arena.

We would love to talk about you joining our team if you are passionate about challenging high school students and athletes to professional training techniques and elite equipment, building team chemistry through competition training, and exposing as many high school students and athletes to college scholarship and financial aid opportunities as possible.

This specific hire would be working with high schools located in Augusta and in the surrounding area. On occasion, distance to be traveled for an event and early morning start time can require a compensated hotel stay the night before.
