Main responsibilities:
●To carry out inspections before shipment according to our standards and requirements
●To be fully involved and control each step of supplier production process to avoid any issues with finished goods of plastic product quality
●Evaluate mold capacity and short- middle- long term risk assesments for coverage company demand
●Speed up new mold production, provide reports to R&D department
●Support procurement team with audit report for new potential suppliers
●Control of the plastic supplier performance (fulfillment contract conditions: production on time, shipment on time and in full quantity, in proper quality).
●Control of the plastic supplier logistics performance processes: (correct cargo labeling, correct documentation according to the actual shipped goods, unique packing standard.
Requirements:
●Technical education and background is a must;
●Advanced Level of English and Chinese;
●Ability to draw up technical reports after product inspection;
●Work experience in production companies, namely, in the production of plastic parts, will be an advantage;
●Need to be ready for bussines trip to Heyuan Guangdong, Huizhou, Dongguan;
●At least 2 years of relevant experience (engineer plastic production);
●Must be able to understand plastic product construction;
●Knowledge of MS Office.
