#### Position Description:
Do you have a passion for IT products & do you enjoy working with customers?
Are you a communicative person who can do great sales?
This role can bring you a lot of satisfaction in your career as you will be
managing the relationships with our major local and international commercial
enterprise customers. You will also identify some new opportunities for
acquisition of new customers.
What tasks can you expect to do in this role?
• Work with all sales targets including value, volume, profitability, new
partner recruitment, option sales and development of new Key Accounts
• Developing the business strategy and have the end to end ownership and
accountability for our key accounts that include the complete ownership of the
sales process
• Leading a cultural shift from a short term ‘target driven’ culture, to one
of long-term proactive relationship building
• Building and delivering a ‘meaningful’ business model that is both
transparent and robust
• Implementing discipline around account planning and account management
• Focus also on forecasting and pipeline-management
#### Position Requirements:
What will help you to get your job done?
• 3 - 5 years of sales experience, ideally from the IT/ technology hardware
industry
• University degree from a related field
• Native Czech language skills and fluency in Business English as you will
communicate with local customers in Czech Republic as well with the
international internal team
• You know how to develop and implement a comprehensive key account sales
strategy, knowledge of key account management
• Ability to acquire, retain and develop accounts across all market segments
and execute effective trade marketing programs
• Knowledge of sales and marketing techniques and procedures
• The ability to formulate, negotiate and close deals within Enterprise
clients across multiple industry sectors
• You are innovative as we will welcome your ideas and opinions!
Would be a plus for you but it’s not mandatory:
• Knowledge of products and technology in the IT industry
• Understanding of IT systems and IT industry players
