工作职责：

1. Be responsible for review and check the payment request to ensure the supporting document is accuracy and complied with finance policy;

2. Be responsible for customs duty/import VAT payment regarding to the import product; verifying VAT invoice and reconciling VAT input;

3. Liaise with sales department to ensure VAT invoice accurately and timely deliver to customers; reconcile VAT output at month end closing;

4. Be responsible for trade AR and trade AP related entry booking in SAP system on a daily basis; prepare for account reconciliation, balance sheet account breakdown and movement analysis at month end closing;

5. Provide support to internal and external audit, such as providing the relevant document to meet audit requirements;

6. Be responsible for Logistic & Warehousing expense monthly analysis, monitor and track KPI with supply chain department;

7. Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by line manager.

Requirements:

1. Education Level: bachelor degree above and major in accounting or economics related

2. 5 years AR&AP relevant working experience with MNC background; SAP experience is a MUST; e-commerce experience is a plus

3. Proficient English skills ； Proficient Excel skills

4. Good logical thinking, analytical and communication skills.

5. Strong attention to details and team work spirit is required for this position.
