Requirements:
  • Provide daily secretarial support of a both highly confidential and general nature to assigned managers;
  • Manage calendars, including scheduling appointments, meetings and teleconferences;
  • Arrange domestic and international travels, T/E creation and reimbursement, travel agenda, etc.
  • Screen and prioritize incoming telephone calls/mails/e-mails; handle correspondence and telephone enquires which do not require the leaders attention or refer them to the proper executive;
  • Internal/external Visitor arrangement;
  • Support and follow up with other tasks assigned.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree majoring in English, Foreign Secretarial/Administration Science
  • 6+ years secretarial experience in MNCs, with human resources or finance knowledge is a plus
  • Excellent in both verbal and written English and Chinese
  • Good Knowledge and skills of MS Office software
  • High efficiency and good sense of responsibilities in work
  • Capable of working independently
  • Capable of learning, changing and managing conflicts
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills and communication skills
  • Mature with good attention to details
  • Willing to work under pressure
