Job Description

In this role you will help Intel with the following, but not limited to:

  • Strong calendar management, with shifting priorities and deadlines, booking complex domestic/international travel, managing travel details such as visas, welcome letters and managing expenses.

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Manage logistics of the department/division such as maintaining divisional organizational charts, phone distribution lists and divisional logistics needs.

  • Supports office administration with associated tasks (ordering office supplies, food orders, onsite needs).

  • Assists in coordinating activities across the organization, events, conferences, meetings: plans and organizes meetings and offsites, prepares agendas and coordinates all logistics.

  • Works professionally with other Senior and Executive admins to help facilitate timely and accurate planning needs.

  • Effectively mentoring and integrating new admins and ensuring all admins understand department procedures and expectations.

  • High level of initiative, to anticipate next steps.


Qualifications

Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Technical in degree in secretarial school, or active student of Business Administration, Accounting, Human Resources.

  • 3 years' experience in providing support to a director/senior manager.

  • 3+ years' experience managing calendars and travel of multiple senior managers,

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite: Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, SharePoint, etc.

  • Intermediate English skills (spoken and written).

  • Must have permanent-unrestricted right to work in Costa Rica.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Corporate card management

  • Accounting knowledge/experience

Work Model for this Role

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
