PURPOSE OF THIS POSITION

The main purpose of this position is to support all Americas accounts payables operation.

This role will be responsible of control and quality of the tasks done from the third party Genpact. Also, part of the responsibility is to run metrics.

MAIN RESPONSABILITIES

• Support A2R team at Genpact with any question on reconcile, analyze monthly AP accounts, unmatched, accrued liabilities etc.
• Monitor and follow aging of the account reconciliation
• Monitor and follow up of the open items in coupa
• Provide customer service to suppliers, Baxter employees and Genpact regarding AP inquiries
• Prepare any type of metrics related to Account payable and T&E.
• Responsible to track and keep the metrics for the department and also the ones form Genpact team
• Monitor and keep tracking of the controls list from our team.
• Control of Month End activities
• Actively commit to support and participate in continuous improvement activities necessary for P2P area improvement.
• Participate in weekly and monthly calls with Baxter and Genpact senior management
• Comply with all S-OX key controls.
• Performs other duties and responsibilities as required by management.
• Maintain the relationship with Genpact and provide guidance.

SCOPE

The person in charge of this role requires following general instructions as well as established procedures and comply Sox requirements. Also, the person should have analysis and multi-task skills, initiative, excellent relationship and ability to work with tight schedules.

REQUIREMENTS

The person in charge of this position should be analytical and have initiative to solve issues, as well as

Excellent communication and customer service skills. Strong attention to details, willingness to learn, ability to follow procedures and positive attitude are a must in order to achieve the objectives of this area.

BASIC REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor degree in Business Administration or Public Accounting Administration, Public Accounting or related major.
• At least 3 year in BAS accounts payable or similar position
• Solid organizational skills
• Intermediate software application skills required (JDE, Access, Excel, etc)

SECONDARY REQUIREMENTS

• Strong Accounting Background
• Attention to detail, good problem solving and analytical skills required
• Team work
• Good personal relationships
• Customer Service
• Work under pressure
• Attention to Details

• Good basic written and oral communication skills.

DESIRABLES SKILLS

• Licenciatura Degree in Business Administration or Accouting
• Advance knowledge about Purchasing and/or Accounts Payable
• Bilingual (English – Spanish)
