Team Overview: The Business Management team is a small and dynamic team who work across all aspects of the Global Custody, Network Mgt, Tax & Regulatory Services (“Global Custody”) business including working with senior management to develop and execute strategy, support business planning, and ensure that appropriate governance is in place. Responsibilities: The successful candidate will provide support on a broad range of functions that relate to the continued growth and implementation of best practices across the business. Specific responsibilities include: Coordinate the implementation and ongoing delivery of select strategic initiatives and work with senior management and administrative support to ensure deliverables are met in a timely manner. Provide oversight and administration of appropriate databases. Work across all functional groups to establish processes to gather, organize and review key metrics required for the effective management of the Global Custody organisation. Support the delivery of the business’s talent engagement and inclusion strategy. Identify opportunities to refine processes across the Business Management function and engage with internal stakeholders to drive consistency and best practices across the organisation. Support the framing and delivery of special projects/strategic initiatives aligned to Global Custody’s strategic plan. May be required to create presentations for executive management review and provide analysis on business/market developments Assist in the preparation of documentation to be reviewed at senior management forums Skills: The successful candidate should possess strong analytical, numerical, organisational and inter-personal skills, plus demonstrate: Ability to coordinate both regular deliveries and ad-hoc tasks with a variety of stakeholders Aptitude to swiftly obtain an in-depth understanding of complex issues Communication and co-ordination skills in a fast-paced working environment Discretion when dealing with sensitive and/or confidential information Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) Qualifications Bachelors degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required. 0-3 years of total work experience preferred.
