YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The primary responsibilities of this role, Senior Analyst Financial BP US ONC, are to: 

• Work on preparation and distribution of Daily Sales Report;
• Work on preparation and coordination of forecast/ budget/ MEND with Finance BPs and loading in data1 and challenge assumptions;
• Create Executive Summaries, develop Financial and FTE Bridges for respective functional areas and able to present results independently;
• Support of the preparation of financial updates including extended Deviation Analysis, Risk and Opportunities;
• Be accountable for providing relevant business insights with advanced analytics, develop and quantify scenarios / options, sensitivity analysis and transparency and tracking of planning assumptions;
• Manage spending Budgets, mainly P&I for the division;
• Analyze and report the variances between actual and estimated costs;
• Ensure early communication of potential deviations to Finance Business Partners to facilitate proper divisional financial contingency planning;
• Monitor and analyze vendor spending and incorporates changes in the forecast;
• Review expenses and accruals and take corrective action;
• Support Month End Closing activities including accrual posting through WPA and review;
• Assist in reviewing Cost Center / project Structures and Hierarchies, Master Data, build and execute reports to research and analyze Actuals, Forecast, Budgets utilizing data1 and other Bayer systems;
• Keep Manager and team members informed of potential Risks and Opportunities;
• Ensure Compliance and implement Finance Controls to ensure compliance with Bayer, GAC, and Value Flows.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field with a least five years of relevant experience OR International FACT Trainee with 3 years of relevant experience;
• Excellent computer skills with proficiency in Excel and power point;
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in PH industry;
• SAP and BW experience.
