What this job involves:

?Responsible for comprehensive research of assigned property sector(s), including data collection, data clean-up, data analysis, market trend forecast, report writing and internal/external presentation

Who we are looking for:

?Solid working experience in ArcGIS and Python is required; Application development experience on ArcGIS or front-end web development experience is a plus;

?Strong in MS PowerPoint, Excel and Word is required; Experience in Photoshop or similar software is a plus
