·Technically support the commercial team for new customer and/or new application development with existing products

·Initiate lab testing, determine test protocol,  and provide report results to customer for new applications

·Provide process support to customers for tape laminating, die cutting, and part application

·Scope opportunities for potential new products with customers and sales

·Act as project leader for new product development on assigned projects.  

·Interact with customers during project definition through customer trials and to commercialization

·Support  R&D and commercial teams for new product launch

·Analyze the market trends and competitions, and support commercial team to identify the unmet needs of the market, and feedback to R&D for new product development opportunities

· Support R&D team to collect and understand customer requirements, and translate to CTQs

·Provide technical and application trainings internally and externally

·Support quality team for complaint handling and on-site customer trouble shooting

·5 years working experience in adhesive or tape industries.

·Experience of industrial tapes, especially electronics and automotive industrial tapes, is desired.

·Excellent command of English
