Accountabilities

Supports the development and execution of the Corporate Communications plan, Amgen’s corporate reputation

Support the execution of the government affairs plan for Amgen Hellas

Responsibilities

•Support & execute external & internal communications plan
• Manager communication, cooperation & relationship building with external Comms agency
• Independently responds to routine correspondence, determines best approach and presentation when preparing and formatting correspondence, memoranda, reports and presentations
• Develop & maintain relationships with Media
• Manage affiliate internet site and social media
•Management of vendors and processes to execute on adherence projects
•Ensure cross functional work with all departments incl. Competitive intelligence and knowledge of the adherence programs of competitors
•Responsible for independent-building and running (innovation) projects in favor of the adherence strategy; this can be for both commercial and medical levels, as well as for various stakeholders (physicians, patients, informal caregivers etc).

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements

Minimum 3- years working experience in a big pharmaceutical company and/or Communication agencies in similar position

Academic education/university degree in Business/Communications

Experience in multichannel marketing and/or working on adherence projects

Experience in digital communication and digital channel projects

Computer skills (MS Office programs, Web 2.0)

Fluency in English, both oral and written communications

Preferred Requirements

Experience with innovative / digital initiatives
