Golf Pride is currently seeking a Senior Associate Brand Manager to join our team. This position is based at our Pinehurst, NC location. Relocation will be provided within the United States. Position Overview Leading market share of the grip category space, Golf Pride® aims to further strengthen our global brand, with the assistance of an experienced and passionate Sr. Associate Brand Manager focusing on the growth of our brand’s marketing strategy to drive conversion. Golf Pride is in the process of transforming our business into a globally recognized performance brand -impacting the category. To achieve this, we must develop breakthrough communication platforms that excite golfers to want to consistently seek out the best grip technology for their game. As the brand continues its transformational journey, we are looking for a strategic Sr. Associate Brand Manager to bring our stories to life through a global content delivery strategy. The Sr. Associate Brand Manager will be the day-to-day marketing lead for all aspects of Golf Pride global content and paid advertising strategy including base business calendars, new product launch strategies, and budget forecasting. The position will also collaborate closely with x-functional partners to provide additional strategic brand support. Through consumer relationship building and messaging, this position will ensure that long-term brand growth objectives are met through KPI tracking and external partnership management. The role reports directly to the Global Brand Manager for Golf Pride. The ideal candidate is passionate about brand strategy, storytelling, global markets, media strategy, and consumer analytics: Content & Media Develop a comprehensive knowledge of the brand’s media presence across the US and strategic global regions. Partner with global agency partners to develop integrated communications and promotional plans designed to drive growth using a balanced “digital first” approach across the full marketing mix; knowing how to combine and prioritize tactics to create maximum consumer impact. Scale growth, consumer acquisition, and retention efforts thru media across global markets (inclusive of strategy, execution, testing and analysis) in collaboration with the global commercial team. Advise on best practices that drive more efficient media spending, while maintaining flexibility and adapting to Apply consumer research and business analysis to understand the consumer, competition, market dynamics, product segmentation and sales performance to act as a change agent in the evolution of the Golf Pride consumer experience. Brand Strategy Work closely with product, sales, and e-commerce team to support ongoing brand priorities, including internal communication process, product presentations, research, and competitive intelligence. Track brand goals and build upon the current analytics platform to track global brand performance, including budget tracking and forecasting across channels. Collaborate with the global sales team to develop deliberate partnership activities and implement the execution framework and strategic plan on identified opportunities. Have an owner’s mindset over the strategy and success of our global expansion plan in partnership with cross-functional teams working to scale thoughtfully. Qualifications Basic Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution Minimum of three (3) years of brand marketing or CRM experience Minimum of three (3) years of marketing experience in consumer products (CPG/FMG, Sports Industry Management, or Durable Goods) Minimum of three (3) years of experience managing agency relationships Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship both now and in the future. Preferred Qualifications: Master’s degree in Business and Marketing, from an accredited institution. Five (5) years of marketing experience in consumer products (CPG/FMG, Sports Industry Management, or Durable Goods) Track record of success in building a consumer brand internationally Three (3) years of experience managing integrated marketing campaigns across traditional, digital, social, and in-store. Position Criteria: You have a proven track record of driving consumer acquisition through strategy, budgeting, forecasting, and measuring performance across a variety of paid and brand channels. You have strong business acumen with the ability to think strategically and creatively, evidenced by having effectively managed multiple countries simultaneously. You have a pulse on digital marketing trends – and know how to deliver compelling recommendations and strategies for testing and measuring new paid channels. You have experience managing agency and third-party relationships. You’re proactive, collaborative, organized, and a natural problem solver – you’re excited by growth stage environments and not happy waiting for someone to tell you exactly what to do. You’re a persuasive presenter with excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present and discuss both strategy and analysis Diplomatic and tactful, display leadership skills, set high standards, foster creativity, and flexibility, motivate and be capable of getting teams to work together with a single vision.
