Responsibilities:
1) Provide payroll service (monthly payroll incl. pay slips, taxation, social insurance) for all China employees and ensure the delivery of high-quality payroll service.
2) Coordinate with HR Operation team to ensure 100% compliance with policies/process and laws/regulations responsible for internal/external audit regarding C&B and payroll activities.
3)Act as contact person to provide consultant services to HRBPs/line managers/employees regarding payroll, insurance and C&B related issues, communicate and explain internal policies/process and external laws and regulations.
4) HR data analysis and ad hoc reporting
Qualifications
Job Requirements
University Degree: HR, Business or similar
At least 6 years C&B/payroll related working experience
Good communication skill, high sense of responsibility and integrity, good analytical and problem-solving skill, vendor management skills
Experience with HR systems are preferred.
MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) skills are required
Knowledge of C&B, local regulations, labor and employment laws and best practices
Patient, detail oriented with skills of problem-analyzing and prioritizing in multi-task situations
Good verbal and written English
