Senior Associate IS Business Analyst - Salesforce

What you will do

The Global Value & Access DTI (Digital, Technology and Innovation) organization, part of the GCODTI (Global Commercial DTI organization), is responsible for partnering with the Global Value & Access Team, defining and executing the IS Strategy supporting their journey to drive execution excellence and continuous improvement in four key areas: shape access environment, define a world class access strategy, drive new access capabilities and govern prices. As part of this team you will analyze, develop and maintain Salesforce solutions that support global business capabilities such pricing optimization & governance, data generation, market intelligence & insights and access metrics. This role will work with business as well as with other DTI teams and is key for the success to deliver on the business priorities. In this role you will:

• Design, build, test and maintain systems, fully utilizing the power of the Salesforce platform.

• Liaise with business to ensure requirements are translated into system functionalities, manage business requests and work with diverse user groups.

• Help Product team to best us of the Salesforce features.

• Assist in gathering requirements to continuously improve the implementation of different platforms.

• Collaborate with vendors and information technology to prioritize, launch and implement new tools and system enhancements.

• Participate in the Agile development process and DevOps model.

• Collaborate with the Platform team and adhere to the deployment and releases management process.

• Create and maintain system interface diagrams, functional designs, and technical specifications.

What we expect of you

We are all different, yet we all use our unique contributions to serve patients. This information systems professional we seek is a self-starter with the following qualifications:

  BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

• Master’s degree

• OR

• Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of relevant experience

• OR

• Associate’s degree and 6 years of relevant experience

• Or

• High school diploma / GED and 8 years of relevant

• Ideally an experienced +3 years in Salesforce.com development and, +2 years working on Salesforce Sales Cloud implementation.

• Proficiency in Salesforce Administrative tasks like creating Profiles, Roles, Users, Page Layouts, Approvals, Workflows, Validation rules, Reports, Dashboards and Tasks.

• Experience in API integration and SQL.

• Experience with DevOps tools.

• Experiences in Configuration and release management.

• Must be a good communicator and analytical skills.

• Attentive to quality delivery and customer centric.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience of the pharmaceutical, medical device, biotech or general healthcare industries is an advantage

• Familiarity with Agile

• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills with complex technologies

• Experience in complex enterprise environments

• Familiar with Tableau or other visual analytics platforms.

PREFERRED CERTIFICATIONS (ANY):

• Salesforce Administrator OR Salesforce Architect OR Salesforce Developer (Not mandatory)

• Copado Fundamentals I or II (Not mandatory)
