• Systech system & GST
• Accture E-coding system
• Traceability process data flow between systems
• Kepware/OPC of PI interface
• Application work performance and data quality of traceability
• Lvl 2 system monitoring
• Interface between equipment & PI platform monitoring， such as NAS or other connecting device
• Incident and problem reporting
• Traceability data issue in Systech/GST/ Accture E-coding system/PDM
• In a Pi source system with PI platform
• Computerized system management compliance
• Yearly Application DR Testing (* If any testing is required on source system level.)
• Traceability equipment software upgrades
• Lvl 2 systems' interfaces to PI
• Traceability systems improvement
• Configuration minor change implementation
• PI Configuration (Tag, AF, EF, templates) - change to existing
• PI Interface configuration to Lvl 2 systems - change of existing
• RtReport templates – changes
• PI Interface configuration to other Lvl 3 systems  - change of existing
• PI Technical Changes through SNOW
• Periodic Review on Dev/changes during the year
• PI / traceability systems Application patching (if GXP)
• Security patching of servers

Requirements:

• University graduate or above
• Industrial automation, Computerized system or Information Technology
• ≥ 2 years relevant working experience in a multi-national pharmaceutical industry
• Good experience of working cross functionally across with global function and local function team
• Be able to read English technical documentation, written and spoken English is preferred.
• Automation background and familiar with GMAP5/ 3p11 , computerized system validation and Project management
• Understanding of packaging processes is preferred
• Independently learning new techniques required
• Good communication skills
