HAOSHAN was built in 2018 under the premise of Schindler Zone China. Mainly focusing to merge and acquire EI projects in China Market as well as EI Service / Repair / Modernization business with given strategy from Schindler Global Headquarter.To ensure successful M&A results for HAOSHAN business per defined M&A Strategy and roadmap, and to continuously amply the pipeline, optimize M&A process and optimize the management efficiency, we need a Senior Business Development Manager.

Mobility is the goal

• Understand deeply Individual Service Property market in China, and continuously develop the target company with identified M&A strategy;
• 对中国市场内独立维保公司有深入的研究和了解，并根据既定兼并收购的战略目标，持续开发潜在目标公司;
• Lead the target company business visit, negotiation, valuation, expectation/risk management to ensure a well start for the M&A;
• 主导目标公司的业务拜访, 过程谈判，估值，期待/风险管理等以保证兼并收购的顺利开展;
• As the project manager, lead the whole M&A process including preliminary, DD process and coordinate resources from other functions, operation, legal, compliance, finance, HR etc. to ensure the transaction in question systematically processed within the planned timeline and priority;
• 作为项目经理，通过协调相关职能部门的资源，如运营，法务, 合规, 财务, 人力资源等，主导并推进责任下目标公司的兼并收购进程， 特别是前期信息收集，尽职调查等关键环节;
• Lead purchase agreement and integration to ensure a clear handover.
• 主导目标公司购买协议签订以及整合流程， 并确保清晰交接。

Mobility needs you

• Bachelor and above, MBA is a plus;
• 本科及以上学历，MBA优先;
• -More than 8 years technical experience in E&E Industry;
• 至少8年以上电梯行业技术经验;
• Solid E&E market experience, related background e.g. Branch GM, KA Manager or Regional Sales Manager will be preferred;
• 丰富的电扶梯市场经验，有分公司总经理或者大客户销售经理，或者区域销售经理经验者优先;
• Sound business exploration and negotiation skill;
• 业务开发以及谈判能力;
• Strong project management experiences with sound communication skills, and good English in writing is a plus;
• 项目管理能力, 有效沟通, 书面英语能力擅长者优先;
• M&A and valuation experience is a plus, familiar with finance planning, analysis and good summary ability.
• 具有兼并收购和估值经验者优先, 熟悉财务计划，分析，有很好的文字总结能力。
