Responsibilities：

• Support focus is on FW and SW for the market leading Celestica Server/Storage/Networking product lines.
• Assist in hardware support as needed.
• Work closely with OEM and Service Provider customers to define requirements, manage deliverables and support initial bring-up to full production.
• Work independently, and in a team environment.
• Travel internationally, as needed to work at customer sites to debug hardware and software.
• Working closely with cross-functional teams to support customers.
• Support of HW & SW solutions to assist with new product design wins, customer ramp to production, and production.
• Develop verification requirements; understand architectures and HW/SW designs in order to characterize customer related problems, providing timely customer technical support and engineering feedback.
• Develop customer level documentation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Master degree in EE, CS, or CE.
• Greater than 5 years of experience.
• Strong teamwork, communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to effectively work with cross-functional teams and across multiple geographical locations.
• Storage and Server experience – familiarity with Intel X86 server, storage and various industry standard protocols (IPMI, Redfish, 10/100/1000 Ethernet, SCSI, SAS and SATA, iSCSI, RAID, PCIe, NVMe, networking protocol).
• Strong debugging skills and experience with RTOS, Linux or Windows etc.
• Firmware development experience (BIOS, BMC, SES, networking SDK) is a plus.
• C/C++ programing skills.
