Minimum Requirements
••Minimum 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry in high specialty areas (Oncology & Nephrology)
•Experience in biotechnological therapeutic area•Advance knowledge of public sales (IMSS, ISSSTE, Decentralized)
•Experience in CRM platform (Veeva, sales force)
•Communications skills is a must to establish dialogue with HCPs•Relevant local legal qualification•
Preferred Requirements
•Bachelor’s degree in life science or (bio) medical sciences•Experience in tender processes (decentralized business)•Record of success in high talented teams•Change adaptability (products, priorities)•New businesses generator •Be self driven

•Prioritize main accounts and hospitals in order to deliver results•Stablish strong science and human based relationship with key stakeholders•Stablish KPIs for key accounts and develop new business •Enables clear cross functional working (access, medical, commercial)•Collaborates with manager to develop and implement territory POA and key account plans .
