Qualifications
The knowledge and skills necessary to perform the duties of this position are typically acquired through the following combination of education, experience and knowledge or the equivalent.
Minimum Requirements
•
•Minimum 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry in high specialty areas (onco, hemato, reuma, rare disease)
•Experience in biotechnological therapeutic area
•Advance knowledge of public sales (IMSS, ISSSTE, Decentralized)
•Experience in CRM platform (Veeva, sales force)
•Communications skills is a must to stablish dialogue with HCPs
•Relevant local legal qualification
•
Preferred Requirements
•Bachelor’s degree in life science or (bio) medical sciences
•Experience in tender processes (decentralized business)
•Record of success in high talented teams
•Change adaptability (products, priorities)
•New businesses generator
•Be self driven

•Prioritize main accounts and hospitals in order to deliver results
•Stablish strong science and human based relationship with key stakeholders
•Stablish KPIs for key accounts and develop new business
•Enables clear cross functional working (access, medical, commercial)
•Collaborates with manager to develop and implement territory POA and key account plans . Achieve POA (Plan of Action)
•Evaluates progress vs. plan on a monthly basis and agrees to course corrections with manager
•Engages with peers and Biosimilars head to learn best practices
•Demonstrates knowledge of business in high specialty market
•Identifies market opps
•Responsible of Customer satisfaction
•Establish a clear adoption Ladder plan per customer
•Reports customer activity in the CRM system and ensures customer profiles are kept up-to-date

•Performance 4 selling platform to satisfy customer and Amgen needs
•Maximizes investment in territory
•Responsible of territory events and HCPs attendance
•Enhances a competitive training plan and makes a self improvement plan for promotional capabilities
