Reports to: Manager, District Sales
Location: Canada Field Workers (Montreal)
We currently have a biopharmaceutical sales position in the Inflammation Business Unit (Otezla).

Job Description:
Develop our business by expanding the clinical use of Otezla™ in the territory. Achieve maximum market share vs. competitive products and deliver on sales targets.
Responsible for contacting and developing business relationships with: Physicians, Nurses, Pharmacists and Advocacy Groups.
Promote features and benefits of Otezla™ to customers.
Work closely with IBU partners for Enbrel, marketing, clinical and reimbursement managers to implement commercial plans.
SBR is responsible for achievement of monthly sales objectives, writing and implementing territory business plans.
Basic Qualifications
BA/BSc Degree
Bilingual (French/English)
Preferred Qualifications
Strong science background with knowledge of Inflammation/Psoriatic Arthritis/Psoriasis and Rheumatology/Dermatology customers
Experience in developing working relationships within a Hospital Environment
Familiarity with customers (for above mentioned markets)
Competitive Selling Skills – proven track record
Excellent track record in hospital/specialty sales
Key Account Management Experience
Council for Continuing Pharmaceutical Education (CCPE) designation
Should possess the following attributes / skills:
- Teamwork - work well with team members to accomplish goals
- Strong decision making/problem solving skills
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Can quickly build and maintain ethical relationships or networks of contacts with key customers
- Strong communication/ interpersonal skills/customer focus
- Good organization skills
