JOB SUMMARY
We currently have an opportunity for a Sr. Biopharmaceutical Representative position in Eastern Ontario, focusing on Hematology.
Qualified internal candidates are required to have a discussion with current manager regarding intent to apply.
Key Accountabilities:
Develop our business by expanding the clinical use of Amgen products in Oncology clinics. Responsible for building relationships with: Physicians, Nurses, Pharmacists Support Groups and Oncology Foundations
Promote features and benefits of Amgen’s Oncology products to customers
Work closely with District Manager and Product Manager to implement marketing plans
Work cross-functionally with Medical Science Liaison (MSL) and Key Accounts to support the development of key account partnerships
Responsible for achievement of monthly sales objectives, writing and implementing territory business plans while keeping CRM up to date
Basic Qualifications
BS/MS degree
Residing in Territory
Preferred Qualifications
5+ years of selling experience in the pharmaceutical market as a specialist representative
Oncology experience
Territory experience
Competitive Selling Skills – track record
Excellent track record in hospital/specialty sales
Excellent Communication Skills
Negotiation Skills
Strong decision making/problem solving skills
Leadership skills
Team Player
