Job Description
The Sr.Brand Manager position is created to be responsible for launching Anti PD-1 mAb, a brand new asset of Immuno-Oncology in China. This role will be primarily focused on building the brand strategic plan before the product is commercialized and mainly designing & executing the launch campaign after the product is launched. It will be required to fully understand the market and HCP insight, create brand core elements, execute external brand communication/launch campaign and engage KOL. As a launch core team member, Sr.Brand Manager will collaborate with multiple cross-functional members such as Market Research, Medical, PRA. The ability to synthesize customer insights to brand strategy and influence thought leader network will be a key successful factor.

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand the customer, market and the environment in which customers live and seek to achieve their goals (40% Hodgkin lymphoma + 60% esophageal cancer)
  • Discover and synthesize deep customer insight (HL + EC)
  • Defined the market as well as the most important current and future market factors, including the identification of opportunities and threats
  • Identified relevant competitors, strengths and weaknesses of Lilly’s capabilities and brands, and the most important current and future competitor actions and how they are likely to affect customer experience and/or brand success
  • Lead the brand building process for brand positioning strategy and contribute in HCP core message element
  • Co-develop the HL disease educational and product promotional solution
  • KOL Engagement (60% HL KOLs + 40% gastrointestinal KOLs)
  • Assist thought leaders engagement in targeted therapeutic areas (lymphoma+ gastrointestinal)
  • Participant HL+EC TL commercial advisory board, to guide brand strategy
  • Establish key relationships with external KOLs
  • Launch Campaign Execution (50% P2P programs + 50% additional online programs)
  • Develop and makes decisions within guidelines/policies and lead medium launch projects/programs/solutions with team and conduct some portion of launch campaigns to deliver consistent brand messages
  • Co-develop the HL promotional content (e.g. video, slides) for product launch campaign
  • Agency and Business Partner Relationships Management
  • Interface with the strategic agency account as the single point of contact
  • Oversee the OPEX budget for agency activities to stay with the plan
  • Manage the performance of agency partners through both internal and external communication
  • Internal Communication
  • Deliver training of product knowledge and brand strategy to the sales force
  • Design the training materials and sales tool
  • Drive internal business planning process (i.e. strategic, customer and operational plan)
