Job Description
The brand manager will be responsible for developing and implementing brand plan and maximizing sales force and brand equity in China market align with BI.
- Execution:
- Cooperate with team to develop brand strategy
- Supervise and manage marketing program implementation.
- Develop promotional materials, including detailing aid, group selling slides, brand reminders, etc.
- Manage brand OPEX Accountable for OPEX management.
- Internal & External Cross-functional communication:
- Work closely with sales, medical, PRA, access, distribution and other functions to ensure smooth implementation of marketing activities.
- Join alliance Meeting to work together with leader to make Lilly side agreement
- Take lead to drive projects and actions plans in alliance organization
- Strategic Planning:
- Develop Brand strategy, tactic and programs to support product growth.
- Identify opportunities to improve market share in today’s highly competitive market.
- TL management:
- Develop and maintain long-term relationship with key national TLs and advocates in key target markets
- 3rd-party supervision: Manage the Ad, PR agencies and the 3rd party cooperation
基本资格要求
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- Required English level-Business fluency in speaking, reading and writing
- Medical background preferred
- Accountability and Responsibility
- Strong implementation skill
- Self-motivated and diligent
- Fluency speaking, writing and reading English skill
- Good interpersonal skill and computer literacy
- Learning agility
- Resilient to different tasks and move forward
- At least 2 years marketing experience
