Job Description
Development of brand strategy and key marketing key activity for PRN & OaD and new BPH+ED retail launch brand strategy and programs, to drive Cialis high growth in retail.
Develop Differentiated PRN & OaD products mix strategy
Key retail customers/pharmacist education engagement & solution
- Develop clear and differentiated PRN & OaD marketing/product strategy and operational plan to deliver on brand sales and SOM expectation
- Lead BPH+ED launch in retail channel, develop clear BPH+ED positioning, product mix and operational plan to ensure success launch
- Closely monitor market trend, competitive environment and customer insight, deep analysis on all possible business data to identify growth opportunity
- Provide accurate SKU forecast to ensure supply
Key retail customers/pharmacist education engagement & solution
- Lead the development of all marketing initiatives to increase Lilly retail & Cialis brand awareness within key retailers and pharmacists, to maintain leading SOV beyond competitors
- Evaluate effectiveness of all marketing activities and make continuous improvement
- Lead the development overarching brand messages and create graphic, content and other digital materials based attributes of all communication channels
- Manage all activities within given budget and evaluate overall ROI to improve cost efficiency
- Regularly marketing programs/resource efficiency analysis reports to continuously generate learning
基本资格要求
- +8 years proven and trackable brand and product management experience in MNC consumer/healthcare company
- Strong capability in strategic thinking and manage complex under multi-tasks;
- Strong logical thinking and figure sensitive
- Good communication skill with cross functions
- Be able to engage and influence internal and external stakeholders to change perception or obtain commitment;
- High results orientation and sense of personal accountability;
- High integrity excellent interpersonal skill , team engagement;
- Bachelor or above Degree;
- Fluent in English and Mandarin.
- Experience in pharmaceutical company Rx retail brand marketing is highly preferred
- Willing to travel is preferred
