Purpose of the Position: Engage with business focusing on business process/knowledge understanding. Serve as a liaison between the business unit and/or the development team to ensure that the requirement is well translated and actively involved to make sure the work delivered fulfill business objectives.

Day to Day Responsibilities:

 Interact with customer to elicit and define requirements from both a business and systems perspective by interpreting business needs and translating them properly into to application and operational requirements and specifications to meet the needs.

 Assist with business case analysis

 Manage, organize, analyze and communicate the requirements

 Maintain the expertise on business process and knowledge in specific area

 Provide oversight of development work. Monitor the quality of the output to ensure the deliverable meets required specifications.

 Coordinate and facilitate the trouble-shooting activities among multiple IT teams

 Govern or act as a gate keeper for the quality of the systems.

 Continuously look at how to do things better or differently for current work

Project involved with:

 Global IT Projects/ tasks involvement in every phase including initial/ requirement/ design/ Build/ Test/ Implementation.

 Business initiated project justification and coordination.

Education

 Bachelor degree or above in IT related field and relevant work experience. Experience

 At least 5 years hands-on experience in application development and maintenance

 ERP system implementation/maintenance

 Leading/coordinating cross-function projects

 Business process analysis.

 Business engagement focusing on partnership, understanding business requirement and problem solving

 Project management

Required Skills

 Be familiar with the following computer skills:

- IT infrastructure - Programming skill.

• Relational Database: Database design, SQL statement, stored procedures (Oracle, SQL Server)

 Maintain technical skills to be able to speak with confidence about business and technology when developing business solution.

 Solid experience and knowledge in software development, system analysis, design, testing or programming.

 Domain knowledge in supply chain/commercial/finance

 Proficient Project Management skills

 Analytical skills to analyze data/document/user input/workflow to determine which course of action will correct the business problem.

 Use rigorous logic and methods to solve difficult problems, look beyond obvious and doesn’t stop at the first answers.

 Focus on customers, ensure alignment of processes and technologies to achieve customer satisfaction.

 Fluent English in writing, speaking and presenting is required.
