Job Description

The primary role of Senior Business Analyst is developing and implementing the best practices on project delivery and application life cycle management with various stakeholder, to help driving business growth and enabling operational excellence in IS (Information System) within a rapid growing organization.

The individual in this role will collaborate with IS team, business teams (Sales, Marketing, Commercial…)  and the user community to proactively ensure highest quality of project implementation and provide all-around support service continually.

Candidates should be progressive thinkers and healthcare domain experts, who will pioneer novel solutions to meet challenges and lead efforts to evaluate, recommend, influence, and implement proven and innovative solutions that enhance and drive the organization forward. Core responsibilities include leveraging existing technology solutions to drive efficiencies and effectiveness throughout various business process. 

Responsibilities:

• Adopt advanced project management methodology to ensure the on time project delivery with highest standard.
• Hold operational responsibility for selected key enterprise applications under the support and supervision of application owners. Focusing on but not limited to WeChat, BPM and other enterprise applications.
• Work closely with business teams to ensure excellence on critical system operations. Including system RUN support, issue management, identity management and trainings.
• Communicate to various levels of stakeholders to delivery trainings, declare decisions/changes or respond to inquiries.
• Leverage software vendors’ support services to maximize productivity and service levels. Establish and foster relationships with vendor staff members to assist with projects.
• Perform complex systems and business process analysis for discovery. Identify and accommodate unique market-specific “common practices” or business requirements and modify standardized policies, processes and systems accordingly.
• Support IS leadership in advising senior executives on refined practices with business case.
• Identify innovation opportunities for automation through RPA or leveraging integration with other systems
• Lead implementation of system enhancement and changes

Basic Qualifications:

• Master’s degree & 3 years of Information Systems experience
  OR Bachelor’s degree & 5 years of Information Systems experience
• Good at end user communication and handling conflicts/issues.
• High proficiency with MS office suite, especially data processing/analysis in Excel
• Proven record for mid-size project management.
• Experiences developing policies / procedures that meet objectives of excellence in a dynamic environment.
• Experiences on IS vendor collaborations and management
• Able to manage multiple projects under strict timelines, work well in a demanding dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the pharmaceutical and/or healthcare industry
• Demonstrated understanding of business process in healthcare industry
• Familiarity / experience with popular enterprise solution platforms like SAP, Workday and WeChat Enterprise.
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills; ability to work effectively with all levels of staff and management.
• Understanding of health care compliance requirements and principles.
• Working knowledge of LEAN/AGILE software development methodologies.
• ‘Can do’ and ‘Will do’ attitude to handle different kind of business requirement.
