Job Description:
The primary role of Senior Business Analyst is developing and implementing the best practices on process and protocols with various stakeholder for key commercial platforms, to help driving business growth and enabling operational excellence in IS (Information System) within a rapid growing organization.
The individual in this role will collaborate with IS team, business teams (SFE, Sales, Marketing, medical…) and the user community to proactively ensure highest quality of critical business operation and identify opportunities to improve processes and systems functions for business growth.
Candidates should be progressive thinkers and healthcare domain experts, who will pioneer novel solutions to meet challenges and lead efforts to evaluate, recommend, influence, and implement proven and innovative solutions that enhance and drive the organization forward. Core responsibilities include leveraging existing technology solutions to drive efficiencies and effectiveness throughout the sales and marketing process.
Responsibilities:
- Hold operational responsibility for selected key commercial platforms under the support and supervision of application owners. Focusing on but not limited to Veeva CRM system
- Provide technical support on system enhancement and change including feasible solution evaluation, system configuration, functional test and user technical support
- Configurate report for new CR/module/function and generate customized report for business and project requirement
- Optimize API data transmission efficiency in order to provide flexible and appropriate system automatization
- Perform complex systems and business process analysis for discovery. Identify and accommodate unique market-specific “common practices” or business requirements and modify standardized policies, processes and systems accordingly.
- Identify innovation opportunities for automation through RPA or leveraging integration with other systems
- Ensure data security, integrity and accuracy in keep consistent with current business process
- Leverage software vendors’ support services to maximize productivity and service levels. Establish and foster relationships with vendor staff members to assist with projects.
Basic Qualifications:
- Master’s degree & 4 years of Information Systems experience
OR Bachelor’s degree & 6 years of Information Systems experience, Major of Computer Science is preferred - Proficiency on SFDC platform configuration and maintenance, especially for Veeva CRM system
- Experience on WeChat Open Platform to enhance and consolidate functional development based on WeChat
- High proficiency with MS office suite, especially data processing/analysis in Excel and SQL in DB
- Experiences developing policies / procedures that meet objectives of excellence in a dynamic environment.
- Experiences on IS vendor collaborations and management
- Able to manage multiple projects under strict timelines, work well in a demanding dynamic environment.
- At least master a programming language (JAVA or .Net)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the pharmaceutical and/or healthcare industry
- Demonstrated understanding of business process in healthcare industry, especially in sales territory management and distributor sales model.
- Demonstrated understanding of CRM solutions like Veeva or Salesforce.com.
- Familiarity / experience with popular enterprise solution platforms like SAP, Workday and Wechat Enterprise.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills; ability to work effectively with all levels of staff and management.
- Understanding of health care compliance requirements and principles.
- Working knowledge of LEAN/AGILE software development methodologies.
