Job Description
#### Position Description:
The data analyst will be responsible for daily execution of Channel data and
reporting results to the business. You will be responsible for calculating
rebates based on internal partner engage program schema. Focused on delivering
data to expected quality levels and timelines, resolving any potential issues
related to the raw data by cooperating with local teams or IT team. The
analyst will own a set of standard activities/reports and will need to
understand end to end and be able to maintain/enhance as per business
requirements. You will own the communication to channel leaders, sales/sales
leaders regarding reported metrics and results reported. You will need to
learn/understand the overall Channel process and its contribution
to/dependencies on the overall Lenovo EMEA sales.
Position Description:
• Provide controlled and responsive Ad-hoc reporting support to the
Regions/Business
• Own PEP process end to end
• Deliver on time & good quality rebate calculations
• Own relationship & Process with Birch
• Proactive leadership/contribution in solving reporting problems
• Assist business with target setting
• Cooperate with other Lenovo teams on regular basis (I&C, Channel, BICC, DS,
sales, finance, etc.)
• Support IT deployments/enhancements
• Drive integration of existing solutions into Strategic infrastructure
• Document, monitor & control processes/data solutions identifying business
risks
• Adhere to audit & business controls guidelines
• Maintain directory of reports identifying users, business purpose,
criticality, owners etc.
• Maintain high level of professional communication both externally and
internally
• Flag potential problems and drive root cause analysis
• Innovative thinking – look for gaps in the processes and possible
improvements
#### Position Requirements:
• Fluent knowledge of English (in speaking & writing)
• Strong Analytical Thinking/skills
• Mature communication and strong problem solving skills
• Demonstrated ability to work under pressure to meet the deadlines
• Ability to prioritize
• Strength in teamwork but being able to work/ act independently as well
• Can do attitude and positive approach
• Flexibility
• Knowledge of SAP, CRM, Outlook and MS Office is preferable
• Advanced MS excel skills & SQL is preferable
• Project management experience is advantageous (not essential)
Base gross monthly salary from minimum 1500 EUR and above, depending on
experience + variable part
