The Sr Channel Rep has the ownership of overall sales of PC+ devices (Notebooks, All in One, Tablets and accessories) on assigned accounts within the country. Key responsibilities include account planning, portfolio management, WOS and inventory control, promotion, customer relationship and sell-out activities. Measurement: Performance measurements will be directly tied to sell in of all PC+ portfolio on his/her specific accounts, sell out, premium mix and WOS. Also soft skills as user experience and customer satisfaction results. Detailed Role Description: Account Planning: He/she has to generate yearly account plans with retail seasonality (3 per year) reviews and updates, this plan has to include account portfolio for each season (Spring, BTS, Holidays) on all of PC+ products within the specific accounts. Also needs to consider investments on the account from Marketing budget with the best ROI. This plan must include grow initiatives in revenue, units, shelf spaces and therefore share of wallet with specific actions, responsible and due dates. Weekly BMS: He/she is responsible to load a 13-week rolling forecast for all of the portfolio by SKU with Sell in, Sell out figures and WOS target. Also, responsible to plan all the GTN (promotions / price protections budget) needed by the account on each season for Institutional promotions such as: night sales, anniversary sales, and so forth. The forecast accuracy for those promotions should be between 90% - 110%. He/she has to make sure that both numbers on portfolio and weekly process match to at least 98% of accuracy; in case of deviation on his/her forecast he/she needs to have a plan B to avoid aging within the country. He/she is responsible for all the process of conciliation with the account on promotions and deductions from the accounts, always leading the GTN team in the relationship with the account. Relationship: He/she is responsible to keep a healthy relationship with the account at all levels, creating the spaces for the executives to meet and review the business on a seasonal basis. He/she has to create the communication paths between the account and all of Lenovo areas such as GL, Service, etc. #### Position Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, marketing, computer science or similar. Strong knowledge of the local IT market and distribution channels with a minimum of 5 years in a sales role. Good written and Fluent spoken English. Previous Distribution or Retail Account or management and Marketing experience are a plus. Must be able to work well with various personalities.
