Job Description:

• Moderating 0-12 years old children’s toy experience test, observe children’s behavior and facilitate young children’s play. Giving children encouragement and assistance when they are playing with the new toys.
• Providing test and research analysis of the reaction of parents and children on toys and products evaluated during observation and testing sessions, per professional ECD perspective.
• Evaluating products and concepts from an early childhood development and psychology perspective to identify areas of concern and thereby discover opportunities for improving products during development phases.
• Partnering with Child Research counterparts in US to exchange the information acquired from the sessions.
• Handling related ad hoc projects.

Job Requirement:

• Bachelor degree (or above) in Early Childhood Education (Development), English preferred, or related field.
• Teacher certification preferred but not a must
• Experience of teaching/working with young children preferred, fresh graduate also acceptable.
• Experience of teaching/working with 0-3 years old children preferred
• Excellent English written skills, good presentation skills preferred.
• Good rapport with children, as well as keen observation skills.
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with people at all levels and ability to function in a team environment.
• Good research and analytical skills.
• Strong knowledge of PCs and software including: MS Windows, Word, Excel and Power Point.
