Invent, design, build, deliver and operate solutions that drive standards and efficiency across the ecosystem. You will help build the infrastructure that allows other software engineers to quickly deploy run and scale their software. You will plan, design, develop, test and modify software systems or applications for enhancements and new products that are specifically focused on cloud service development.
You will use current programming language and technologies; investigate performance bottlenecks; identify and implement potential performance improvement techniques; write code; complete programming and perform testing and debugging of applications and benchmarks; complete documentation and procedures for installation and maintenance.
The successful candidate will be part of Cloud Software Engineering and contribute to analysis optimization and pathfinding efforts, leading, coaching and mentoring more junior members of the team.

Qualifications
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position.
Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's with 6+ years of experience or Master's degree with 4+ years of experience or in lieu of degree 10+ years of experience
Degree must be in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline
Demonstrated experience designing and delivering cloud-native applications (preferably on AWS)
Experience with implementing complex applications and solutions with Microservices, RESTful Web Services and Web APIs
Fluency in one or more development languages (Python, Java, Node.js, Go, etc.)
Experience with modern JavaScript interface frameworks like React JS
Ability to utilize best-practices during all phases of the development cycle: specification, design, unit testing, implementation, debugging, documentation, rollout, maintenance
Proficiency in Object Oriented Design (OOD) and analysis
Knowledge of Web Performance, Security and Web Accessibility
Experience developing using relational and non-relational databases.
Experience building REST and/or GraphQL APIs
Exposure to multiple data store technologies (relational databases, NoSQL databases, graph databases, full text search databases, distributed caches, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications
Proficiency with AWS core services + Linux, docker, kubernetes
Experience with system performance profiling tools
Experience with implementing CI/CD solutions for automated deployments (helm, github actions, or equivalent)
Experience in implementing AI, Machine learning or Deep learning projects
