Job Description
Position Summary:
This role will be instrumental in supporting the dedicated team to generate demand, create opportunities and fulfill customer needs.
Responsibilities:
- Support implementation of joint business planning tool and integrate into SFDC. Drive adoption thru training and monitoring.
- Integrate new processes and tools into SFDC for complete visibility to accounts.
- Participate in implementation of sales strategy programs to win in accounts.
- Train organization and stakeholders on processes and tools to drive effectiveness.
- Participate in operating mechanisms to drive achievement of business goals.
- Create and monitor key metrics
- Assist in preparation of internal and external reporting packages on the key metrics for accounts.
- Assist in preparation of Annual Operating plans, forecasts and assessments.
- Participate in consistent KPI reporting across accounts for all regions, geographies.
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
- Excellent computer skills in MS Office – Excel, Word, Access, Powerpoint
- Excellent user of SFDC or willingness to learn
- Excellent analytical and creative problem-solving skills
- Ability to drive commercial team to improve processes and performance
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong customer mindset
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with individuals and teams from different areas, drive accountability and continuous process improvement in daily activities

- International travelling required to attend training, team meeting and support activities as established by line manager (5-10 %)
Non-Negotiable Hiring Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field required;
- 6-8 years’ experience as analyst or commercial role preferred (8 years with a degree, or 6 years with advanced degree)
