YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

You will serve China LGM of around $500 million business size with continuous growth. This is the role mainly focused on Commercial Finance.  This position needs to present strong leadership, communication and  influencing skills in daily work with commercial teams (sales, marketing etc), meanwhile, connect with other functions on driving operational excellence or process simplification and also involve in APBI tool enhancements. We are looking for high potential candidates to provide you with attractive opportunities. Your routine work but not limited to:

• Prepare and present monthly financial performance to commercial team and identify risks and opportunities;

• Handle the monthly / quarterly closing in reconciliation and APBI uploading to ensure number accuracy;

• Perform monthly topline monitoring, including variances tracking and forecast; 

• Participate in annual operation plan and Strategic plan discussion and finalize the number;

• Analysis for variance (PVM), eg volume, ASP, mix and TP trend vs PY/Plan/Fcst to support business decisions

• Involve in Sales Incentive Plan design and calculate quarterly result;

• Drive continuous improvement in APBI data quality,  coordinate super user training and optimize reports;

• Cooperation with regional teams (Asia Pacific) and other finance functions;

• Ad hoc projects(e.g.  new business model, country or regional projects like ERP system implementation) to contribute new ideas and lead the processes;

• Bachelor degree or above; CPA and ACCA preferred;

• Excellent excel/PPT skill and ability to deal with complicated database

• Fluent  English in oral and writing

• Ability to adapt rapidly changing tasks and deliver result on time

• Good communication  and influence skills

• Eager to learn, self- motivated , Agile with strong sense of responsibility ability to handle complex situation

• Be capable of Cross cultural communication & collaboration
