Role & Responsibilities
? Follow up commercial distribution channel policies.
? Focus on the sales data checking, verify, and consolidating (including channel sales, distributors’ sales, hospitals sales) .
? Audits and inspection visits of the distributors in the territory to ensure adequate stock levels, storage conditions and avoiding any form of cross selling outside of the territory.
? Prepare the routine sales reports and data analysis reports upon line manager's or other functionaries' requirements.
? Assist sales promotion fee settlement with sales partners on monthly basis.
? Coordinate cross-function teams to resolve customer issues & complaints.
? Support tender process, and issue tender documents as needed.
? Conduct commercial operation related trainings to sales partners and distributors.
? Communication with 3PL to ensure product imported on time.
? E-coding daily operation.
? Other tasks assigned by LM.

Qualifications/Requirements
? Bachelor/Colleague degree majored in International Trade, Logistics, Business Administration, Statistics or Management Science, Operations Research, Psychology etc.
? 3+ years’ experience in commercial operation/SFE/supply chain/ or bidding etc. in sizable MNC, pharmaceutical or relevant industry is a plus.
? Solid data analysis skill, experience in commercial and distributor management.
? Good communication skill; ability to interact effectively with people from different functions.
? Proficient at Microsoft Office software such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Email etc.; SAP/ERP experience is a plus.
? Detail oriented, committed to deliver the results.
? Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver on tight timelines.
? Fluent spoken and written English.
