Job Description
- Work closely with field commercial teams and business units to formulate & execute strategies from channel management perspective.

Design and execute strategic commercial projects, for example:
- New sales commercial project - the manager is expected to take full ownership of the project. He / She needs to design the project which holistically take into various considerations from x-functions, obtain management endorsement on the project, work with field commercial team to implement the project with detailed implementation guideline, track the progress of the project, evaluate its effectiveness during the process and put forward suggestions to improve
- GDQCE project – the manager is expected to be the contact point in commercial team and a key member of the x-functional task force to help the organization track and understand external environment changes relating to the policy and lead the x-function team to prepare / act on these external changes
- Monthly reporting of performance dashboard (commercial operations) to field team, BUs, cross functions and senior management
Attend monthly governance meetings, understand business progress, challenges and opportunities and proactively look for areas of improvement for commercial team to better support BUs
基本资格要求
- Min. 5 years working experience. Pharma or device background required.
- Strong strategic thinking, analytical & communication skills. Able to diagnose and articulate complex situations and comfortable making recommendations and proposals with uncertainty
- Have thrived in a cross functional environment
- Fluent in both Chinese and English. Proficient with Microsoft office software for daily work
- Prefer prior working experience to be in the business setting (marketing, strategy, etc.)
- MBA preferred
