Responsibilities:
Patient Program Administration:
Responsible for the seamless execution and administration of all no-charge good programs with external Patient Support Program providers
Manages all no-charge good end-to-end order cycle via Salesforce.com program administration systems tool and SAP. All requests validated, approved and processed with high priority for delivery to end users as per existing service level agreements
Acts as primary point of contact with Patient Support Program providers to address issues, improve processes and maintain program compliance (patient eligibility, dispensing frequency, dosing)
Active coordination and communication with dispensing pharmacy and patients supported by these programs
Commercial Order Management:
Manages commercial order processing via EDI and direct input into SAP
Active coordination and communication with commercial customers including wholesalers, hospitals and pharmacies and specialty clinics
Monitoring shipments, triggering ASN’s and POR requests
Review, approval and processing of customer requests for return of drugs for credit
Integrating cross functionally and working with logistics, medical affairs, and field sales stakeholders
Order Management Systems:
Responsible for systems testing (UAT) for local and corporate systems implementations (includes enhancements and break/fix) impacting SAP, EDI (GIS), APPROVE (Salesforce) and E-Fax
Ongoing daily tasks:
Process patient/hospital marketing material
Ensure compliance per AMGEN operating procedures
Conduct business activities according to AMGEN operating training standards
Ensure compliance per the Canadian Rx&D code of Ethical Practices
Monitoring shipments, handle delayed or missing orders
Liaising with our Distribution Centre
Communicate in a timely and professional manner to various internal and external key stakeholders
Respond to inbound calls from Account Holders, Patients and Health Care Workers
Triage of other inbound calls to the various internal or external stakeholders
Execute reports used for reconciliation purposes
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 2 years of experience in customer service with a “high service culture”
- 1+ years SAP SD module experience (specifically Order Management)
- Ability to work in a fast paced and team environment
- Multi-tasking, re-prioritization and proactive problem-solving abilities
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in healthcare specifically in customer service
- Strong systems knowledge and capability - hands on experience and practical aptitude with SAP order management, Salesforce.com and B2B integration tools
- Organized, detail oriented with strong service based mindset
- Bilingual (English / French)
- Exceptional communication and inter-personal skills
- Experience with Windows based applications (e.g. WORD, EXCEL, Outlook)
