Job Description
To lead and coach a team in providing good quality customer services;
To coordinate internally with different functional departments on inventory availability, quality products & on time delivery;
To Create RBO's selling plan and drive the team execution, manage, coach and motivate the team to achieve CS selling target.
To support HK AS team on any account migration projects;
To streamline and simplify the order flow and procedure, improve productivity;
To enhance team spirits by providing guidance, support and training for the teammates;
To review performance for direct reports periodically;
To work with HR to enhance interview and training effectiveness;
To ensure all employees participate company-organized training on ISO9001, FSC and EHS, and follow related procedures & WI.
Qualifications
Qualification:
Degree holder;
4 years or above experience in related industry, at least 1 year supervisory experience;
Proficient in English communication & computer operation (Windows, MS Office, etc);
Customer and result oriented, can work under great pressure;
Quick and careful learner, can work efficiently and effectively;
Competency:
Strong teamwork spirit, mature, self-motivated and self-disciplined;
Excellent communication skill.
