Responsibilities:


  • Communicate with overseas customers/sales representatives for assigned accounts’ inquiries and products independently. Read through customers’ shipping manual and commit orders according to the customer’s manual requirement.
  • Manage assigned accounts’ open orders in order list within timeline to follow up each step to ensure on time delivery independently. Drive internal and external relevant parties to solve the outstanding issues proactively and collect information to update customers timely.
  • Maintain PO information 100% accurate in systems and PO manual report independently.
  • Update client management files in time independently. Provide training and share experience to team members once assignment change.
  • Consolidate/Update Customer Service team’s report timely.
  • Lead assigned customer service programs with relevant departments per senior customer service rep’s instruction.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s degree in English, International Business or related disciplines.
  • At least 5 years experience in customer service area. Be good at communicating with multiple parties; be good at time management to deal with multiple cases with clear logic, experience in PO management and client management.
  • Good Microsoft office skills-Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
  • Fluent English, both oral and written.
