ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Takes ownership and responsibility for the day-to-day order entry, order management and order fulfillment, provides excellence service to customers and delivers quality work.
- Responds effectively and efficiently to customers inquiries, ranging from orders, product availability, pricing, shipment arrangement, billing and other forms of documentation (e.g. proof of delivery, letters of credit…).
- Reviews all open sales orders and backlog; follows up with Supply Chain contacts to ensure on-time shipments; escalates issues appropriately to ensure prompt solutions.
- Manages and analyzes customer complaints & return authorization.
- Sets up new customer accounts and maintains good record of documentation for audit purposes.
- Follows Company established policies and procedures ethically, legally and wisely with flexibility; keeps up to date with the latest best practices.
- Works proactively in the “One Team” framework ensuring that cover and support is provided whenever necessary.
- All other duties as assigned.
MUST HAVE
- Bachelor’s degree.
- At least 3 to 5 years of customer service and/or order fulfillment experience.
- Strong computer skills; proficient in the use of Microsoft Office.
- Language proficiency: Excellent verbal and written communication in English & Chinese / Mandarin.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Customer oriented and ability to adapt / respond to different types of tasks.
PREFER TO HAVE
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administrations
- SAP experience
