Job Description
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Takes ownership and responsibility for the day-to-day order entry, order management and order fulfillment, provides excellence service to customers and delivers quality work.
  • Responds effectively and efficiently to customers inquiries, ranging from orders, product availability, pricing, shipment arrangement, billing and other forms of documentation (e.g. proof of delivery, letters of credit…).
  • Reviews all open sales orders and backlog; follows up with Supply Chain contacts to ensure on-time shipments; escalates issues appropriately to ensure prompt solutions.
  • Manages and analyzes customer complaints & return authorization.
  • Sets up new customer accounts and maintains good record of documentation for audit purposes.
  • Follows Company established policies and procedures ethically, legally and wisely with flexibility; keeps up to date with the latest best practices.
  • Works proactively in the “One Team” framework ensuring that cover and support is provided whenever necessary.
  • All other duties as assigned.

MUST HAVE

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • At least 3 to 5 years of customer service and/or order fulfillment experience.
  • Strong computer skills; proficient in the use of Microsoft Office.
  • Language proficiency: Excellent verbal and written communication in English & Chinese / Mandarin.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Customer oriented and ability to adapt / respond to different types of tasks.

PREFER TO HAVE

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administrations
  • SAP experience
