Position Description: The Demand Planner is responsible for demand planning and forecast function for Global Accounts. This person will work with peer GA demand planners in optimizing the supply & demand across IDG products. #### Position Requirements: Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: • Long term IDG demand planning, short term demand adjustment, and EOL planning. • Defining GA demand plan by consolidating, validating, and refining Sales' MSD forecasts against historical order data, AI, industry trends, and 4P plans. • Alignment with GA and geo demand planners, product managers, and sales to build consensus on SBB commodity forecasts • Ensure sufficient supply of key SBBs to support targeted sales volumes while minimizing E&O • Collaborate with GA Sales to drive forecast accuracy. • Develop and publish key forecast accuracy metrics • Work with GSC and WW product team to identify alternatives to supply constraints. • Establish regular interlocks with stakeholders (geos/sales) to review forecasts, big deals, and identify mitigation strategies (Kanban, Parts Reservation, etc). • Provide input to weekly parts reservations and GA Hedge planning. • 7+ years supply chain or demand planning experience • Bachelor’s Degree • Strong analytical skills • Proficiency in Excel • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Fluency in English We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and do not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, color, sex, age, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, status as a veteran, and basis of disability or any federal, state, or local protected class.
