The Demand Planner is responsible for demand planning and forecast function for Global Accounts. This person will work with peer GA demand planners in optimizing the supply & demand across IDG products. Responsibilities: • Long term IDG demand planning, short term demand adjustment, and EOL planning. • Defining GA demand plan by consolidating, validating, and refining Sales' MSD forecasts against historical order data, AI, industry trends, and 4P plans. • Alignment with GA and geo demand planners, product managers, and sales to build consensus on SBB commodity forecasts • Ensure sufficient supply of key SBBs to support targeted sales volumes while minimizing E&O • Collaborate with GA Sales to drive forecast accuracy. • Develop and publish key forecast accuracy metrics • Work with GSC and WW product team to identify alternatives to supply constraints. • Establish regular interlocks with stakeholders (geos/sales) to review forecasts, big deals, and identify mitigation strategies (Kanban, Parts Reservation, etc). • Provide input to weekly parts reservations and GA Hedge planning. You will be focal in Parts Reservation process. • You will also be responsible for the daily leadership of GA demand planners, collaborating with stakeholder teams including procurement, geos, product teams, GSC, and sales  to ensure GA supply is adequately planned, sourced, allocated, and prioritized. #### Position Requirements: • 7+ years supply chain or demand planning experience • Bachelor’s Degree • Strong analytical skills • Proficiency in Excel • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Fluency in English What we offer: • The opportunity to manage directly the global customer relationship • The opportunity to grow within a complex role with end-to-end responsibility • We encourage you to bring your own ideas and solutions Base gross monthly salary from minimum 3300 EUR and above, depending on experience + variable part 14% of your annual earnings We are looking forward to discussing this position with you soon!
