Allergan Aesthetics is searching for an experienced and passionate Sr. Digital Product Manager to partner with business and marketing leadership to deliver scaled technology solutions to drive strategic initiatives across international markets. You will drive the strategy and prioritization of product and application feature development, help develop user-focused and legally compliant solutions, and partner with teams across the organization to support launch and roll-out activities. The ideal candidate will be collaborative, and skilled in building consensus across multi-disciplinary teams. You will work closely with leaders from business, technology, and supporting capabilities to define and deliver best-in-class experiences. We are looking for someone who can speak fluently in business terminology, product design, as well as development lifecycle and planning. Major Responsibilities: Provide high-touch service to business and market leadership Develop strategic solutions to achieve digital marketing and service objectives Define product requirements, synthesizing user needs, compliance requirements, and business objectives Negotiate, secure, and oversee that resources are available to meet the long-range operational demands of the project, initiative or capability Oversee and control project and product budgets Manage demand and coordinate delivery across internal and vendor teams Secure alignment from business, regulatory, marketing, and technology partners Define product personas, user journeys, and ecosystem strategy in coordination with business owners Co-develop and commit to objectives and key results (OKRs) for the product Translate long term goals into fast-to-market experiments and features Define test and learn strategies for rapid product development Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to inform product backlog Work with product team to write product requirements as user stories Collaborate with agencies and colleagues on product experience design Conduct primary research to understand end-user experiences and pain points Support the global expansion and assure the product meets local requirements Contribute to product management community of practice, aiming to continuously improve and homogenize our investments and ways of working Clearly and concisely present complex plans and initiatives to internal stakeholders Broker services within BTS community on behalf of customers and support stakeholder groups Coordinate portfolio of solutions, and identify interdependencies Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree with 15+ years of product management, project management, or similar experience building and scaling consumer technology products Experience presenting to and working with executive leaders Proven experience delivering global, enterprise-grade technology solutions across international markets Strong understanding of digital content management platforms and technologies; experience with Adobe AEM preferred Demonstrate executive presence, including exceptional written and verbal communication skills Ability to create compelling product strategy and present such information clearly to a variety of stakeholders Deep understanding of user journeys with proven ability to transform user needs into actionable product roadmaps and requirements Experience defining market and product requirements, user research and product testing, working with engineers to rapidly deliver in an Agile methodology Experience managing $1MM+ budgets and assuring sound financial reporting and adherence Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously Proven team management skills with experience in hiring and developing top talent Eagerness to inspire and partner with diverse individuals at all levels of the organization in a global, highly cross-functional, and matrixed environment Significant Work Activities Continuous sitting for prolonged periods (more than 2 consecutive hours in an 8 hour day) Travel No Job Type Experienced Schedule Full-time Job Level Code M Equal Employment Opportunity At AbbVie, we value bringing together individuals from diverse backgrounds to develop new and innovative solutions for patients.
