As a Senior Director, MR - Product Management, you will be responsible for: You will create strategic plans and develop programs aligned with business line strategy while supporting the USA MR Business Line VP and field sales team. This includes the strategic development and execution of all marketing programs, operational strategies, price positioning, managing customer relationships, and customer satisfaction. You will assess the strategic position of MR solutions in the marketplace and work in close collaboration with global factory resources to ensure products are developed with the USA customer in mind. You will be responsible for identifying and developing regional and national reference sites, KOLs, understanding customer buying criteria, trends by customer segment, and assess business implications for the MR business line. You will adapt global product messages or create new segment messaging as needed. You will manage the MR Product Management team as well as the Clinical Sales Specialist team You will be the primary driver of sales enablement to meet the business targets of increased market share, volume, and profitability This position may suit you best if you are familiar with what is below, and would like to do develop your career with Healthineers: You work effectively as a team, motivating your direct reports as well as cross-functional colleagues, to produce the best results You demonstrate analytical skills for market intelligence management and targeted execution of measures You will be working with our latest technology and therefore you are willing to learn about new software and hardware solutions Willingness to travel and flexibility, including short-term international deployment, is expected Since you are interacting with international customers, excellent English skills (ideally as native language, spoken and written) are necessary, German language skills and knowledge of other languages is of advantage You have very good presentation skills in the customer environment, and you show team orientation, communication skills and customer orientation You have good PC skills (MS Office software like Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook) Required skills to have for the success of this role Bachelor’s degree in medicine, business, computer science, engineering, or related field 10+ years sales and business management experience Demonstrated management and leadership experience Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to provide executive level business cases and financial assessments Willing to travel up to 50% At Siemens Healthineers, we value those who dedicate their energy and passion to a greater cause.
