The Sr. Director of Marketing Analytics will manage a team that will drive commercial excellence across the commercial organization through comprehensive market segmentation that provides data analytics and insights that will drive segment specific marketing initiatives and tracking of commercial results. This position will lead the development of Marketing KPIs and reporting efforts, leading the creation of tools that will triangulate internal and external data sets to generate actionable insights. Serve as liaison to the business and manage communications and process definition and excellence within the Marketing and Commercial team. Responsibilities: Develop the requirements, visual needs of the marketing dashboard/scorecards for the marketing organization. Providing a solution to the business that bring new insightful opportunities to the table, using various analytical modeling and visualization techniques ability to turn data into actionable insights to meet revenue & profitability goals. Lead the monthly/quarterly reporting process, alignment with business objectives, optimizing the marketing measurement roadmap with gap analysis. Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience experience in establishing measurement strategy and gaining stakeholder alignment. Ability to build with Power BI and Qlik Sense dashboard.
